I love the simple things in life!
I find less is often more!
My style is simple, classic, natural and fun!

My photos are all about LOVE!

I like Pina Coladas, and getting caught in the rain
And the feel of the ocean, and the taste of champagne….  Oh actually an Apperol Spritz is my favourite at the moment!

I would love to hear all about you and your love story.

Christine & Dale’s Pelican Waters Golf Club Wedding in the Rain

It didn’t just rain on Christine & Dale’s Caloundra wedding, it absolutely poured.   They do say that a wet knot is harder to untie and that the rain will bring you good luck.    Dale and Christine were amazing and did not let the rain dampen her day.  On the week leading up to the wedding, rain was predicted.  They hired a marque, so they could still get married out on the grass among the trees and overlooking the water.    Christine and her Dad chose to walk over the bridge in the rain with only an umbrella between them.

Christine and her sister Tammie have such a beautiful and close bond.  I will also remember Tammie’s speech as she described how this loving couple meet.  She provided us with a humorous account on how the relationship blossomed from two housemates to husband and wife.

Christine has seriously great taste, check out those flowers and hairstyle .. just beautiful!  I love to provide you with an account of the couples day.  Here are some words from Christine

How would you describe the theme/style of your wedding?

A wet fairy tale

What were some of your favourite wedding details..
I loved how our wedding was a cocktail theme. Everyone mingled and had so much fun.

What was the biggest surprise on your wedding day?
When Dale thanked me in his speech and when my sister embarrassed the hell out of me during her’s. But also I was surprised that I wasn’t bothered by the rain. I thought I would be so upset if it rained on our day but when the time came, I didn’t mind the rain at all and I love some of our raindrop photos.

Is there a moment on the day, that will last with you both, forever?
Saying our own vows during the ceremony was extremely hard and emotional but it was also the most amazing and heartwarming part of our whole day.

If you were to relive your wedding day again, would you do anything differently?
I kinda wish I didn’t get a spray tan.

Do you have any advice for future couples planning their day?
My advice would be to not waste money on the fine details. When the day is happening you don’t even notice them. And the guests really only care about food, alcohol and a good vibe.

What are you most looking forward to as a married couple?
Having forever with each other.

Please describe one of your favourite images from the day.
I have a few favourites but one is at the first location out on course standing in the middle of the dirt road and my train is out and I’m looking back at the camera and Dale is looking away

What did you like the most about working with Shell?
Her bubbly personality, her energy and how she made us feel so comfortable 😊
